1.) Let me know your choice of size using the pull-down menu.
2.) Custom Text can be added directly from the product listing
3.) In the 'Notes to Seller' area of the shopping cart or via a Conversation to us, PLEASE LET US KNOW:
YOUR SILHOUETTE AND BACKGROUND COLORS (please use the color names shown)

AFTER COMPLETING YOUR TRANSACTION:
•Email your hi-res profile photos to: images[@]simplysilhouettes.com. Not sure which photo to use? Feel free to send several and we will choose the best. And yes, cellphone photos are fine, just make sure that you select the largest file size to send us.
•You will receive your FREE proof within 1-3 business days and can make any corrections at that time. Additional proofs are available at no charge. Once you are happy with your order, we'll get it into production and it should ship within one week.
•If you would like to see a proof of more than one photo, there will be a $5 charge for each additional silhouette that you request.

PHOTO TIPS:
•Have your subject stand or sit up straight, in profile, against a light colored background.
•Position yourself right at their eye level so that you are looking directly at them.
•Make sure to include their entire head, shoulders and hair in the photo. The subject should have a relaxed, natural expression on their face. For girls, we recommend having their hair up in a bun or ponytail so that their neckline is visible, but this is not mandatory.
•Action shots tend to work best for full body shots, so that arms and legs are visible, not held close to the body.

SHIPPING + DELIVERY
•IF YOU LIVE IN THE US, we ship via USPS Priority Mail. Tracking is available.
•Expedited shipping is available - please contact us prior to purchase if you need this option.
•Your print will ship unframed in rigid packaging. Prints larger than 8x10 are shipped in a tube.
